Various issues preventing deployment of Newscoop
I found a better and easier way to avoid PDO problems: do NOT install the last MYSQL version. Use 5.6 instead. I will keep my fingers crossed, but Newscoop 4.4.7 is now working like a charm.

Sorry for jumping in. Is it possible to rewrite only the topics in a publication with only one edition? Example: RewriteRule ^es/culture /es/sectionname/?tpl=9&tpid=29 Only this topic URL, not the article URL.
